No Refunds/Exchanges on Trail Roots Gear
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. We will exchange sizes on shirts, but the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Upon receipt of a returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Canceling Recurring Payments for Services
In order to cancel your recurring payment:
Contact us and request to cancel. Have your account information ready. Once your account has been cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the month in which you cancel, i.e., if you cancel your subscription in August, you are responsible for August fees. Your subscription for that month remains active and fully functional until the end of that month. After the end of the month, your account will cease to work and you will not be charged again. It is not necessary to wait until the last day of the month to cancel your subscription.
If you have any problems cancelling your subscription, please contact us and we will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Policy for Coaching Services
We do not offer refunds for any coaching services. We don't offer refunds on discounted multi - month training packages. If for some reason you need to pause a training package, contact us to put it on hold. Reminder: You are still responsible for the full fee in the month in which you cancel. We will allow you to finish our your package within 6 months of pausing your account.
